Returns

Please note: we cannot accept any returns for orders placed before Eid, after the holiday has passed 

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.

To be eligible for a refund all clothing must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, neatly folded

• Email us at thobeluxe@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
• Once we have confirmed with you, return the items to the address provided.
• A returns charge of £1 per item (returns handling fee) applies
• Items must be returned in original packaging,  folded neatly in the same way as delivered. A fee of £5 is charged for any items not returned in acceptable condition
• Return the item to us via a tracked delivery service at your own costs
• Please include your order number, name, address and your request within the package
• Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.
• Please note- original shipping fees are not refunded

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item following the steps above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If an item is returned to us due to the customer not being home at the time of delivery, please note that we may take up to 2 weeks to reprocess your return. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any extra shipping costs incurred for the re-delivery of the item. Thank you for your understanding.
